16 oz bag frozen, sliced peaches, slightly thawed
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/3 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup stick margarine, cubed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray an 8-inch square baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Set aside.
Place all filling ingredients into a large bowl. Gently toss fruit. Transfer to prepared baking pan.
In another bowl, place all topping ingredients except margarine. Stir to mix. With fingertips, squeeze margarine into flour mixture to form small, moist crumbs. Sprinkle topping evenly over fruit.
Bake crisp until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown, about 45-55 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Note: 3 cups freshly sliced peaches, skins removed can be used in place of frozen peaches.
