Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber, Granulated
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
12 ounce bag baby spinach
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can grapefruit sections, drained
1 medium size apple, sliced
1/4 cup red onion, sliced

Preparation

MIX SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber and vinegar in a small size bowl. Whisk in olive oil.

TOSS dressing with remaining ingredients in a large size bowl.
