Frozen Coffee Treat Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

3 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
1/4 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Italian Espresso Roast Coffee, cooled
2 Tbsp. fat-free half-and-half
2 tsp. SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

RESERVE 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP. Blend remaining COOL WHIP with all remaining ingredients except ice in blender until well blended.

ADD ice; blend on high speed until thickened and smooth.

SERVE topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

Note

Serving Size: 1 (10 ½ fl oz) drink. This is a great way to use leftover brewed coffee. Cool coffee, then refrigerate until ready to use to make this frosty drink.
