Frozen Coffee Treat Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

3 Tbsp. thawed sugar-free whipped topping, divided
2 Tbsp. fat-free half-and-half
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. SPLENDA® granulated no-calorie sweetener (can substitute 2 packets SPLENDA® no-calorie sweetener)
⅓ Cup strong brewed coffee1, cooled
1 cup ice cubes

Preparation

Reserve 1 Tbsp. sugar-free whipped topping.

In blender, blend 2 Tbsp. sugar-free whipped topping, fat-free half-and-half, vanilla extract, Splenda® sweetener and cooled coffee until frothy.

Add ice cubes and blend on high speed until thickened and smooth.

Top with 1 Tbsp. sugar-free whipped topping.

Note

Serving Size: 1 (10 ½ fl oz) drink. This is a great way to use leftover brewed coffee. Cool coffee, then refrigerate until ready to use to make this frosty drink.
