Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl whisk together milk, yogurt, eggs, vanilla & 3 tablespoons of SPLENDA® Sugar Blend until smooth & well blended.
Place 4 (5 ounce) ramekin dishes in a roasting pan and divide custard mixture evenly between all dishes.
Pour hot water into the roasting pan until it comes halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake for 40 minutes on the lower rack in the oven.
Remove ramekins from the roasting pan and let cool on a rack for 30 minutes then refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Preheat broiler. Combine brown sugar and remaining 2 teaspoons of SPLENDA® Sugar Blend until evenly mixed. Sprinkle the top of each custard with the mixture, dividing evenly. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes until the top is caramelized.
Serve crème brulée with fresh mixed berries.
