5/8 teaspoon (0.12 oz.) Ground cardamom
5/8 teaspoon (0.12 oz.) Ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon (0.02 oz.) Ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon (0.02 oz.) Ground cloves
1 1/8 cups (3.5 oz.) Coffee grounds
2 quarts (64 fl. oz.) Water
¼ cup + 2 teaspoons (1.9 oz.) SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener
2 quarts (64 fl. oz.) Lowfat milk
Add spices to the coffee grounds and brew the coffee.
Add SPLENDA No Calorie Sweetener to the hot brewed coffee and place in an appropriately sized coffee urn. Stir the coffee once every hour for freshness. The coffee will retain its quality for 3-4 hours.
To serve, fill a 12 fl. oz. glass to the rim with ice. Pour 4 fl. oz. of milk and 4 fl. oz. of the coffee mixture over the ice.
Optional garnish: Top with a spoonful of fat free topping and a dusting of the same spices used in the coffee.
To make a 1 gallon (128 fl. oz.) recipe using SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated use 2 ¼ cups (1.9 oz.) in place of SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener.
