Caramel Oatmeal Cookie Pie Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 prepared, frozen 9-inch pie crust
FILLING
1/3 cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
3 large eggs
2/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup sugar-free caramel syrup sweetened with SPLENDA® Brand Sweetener

Preparation

PREHEAT oven to 350F.

MIX all filling ingredients except oats in a large mixing bowl. Stir until very well blended. Gently stir in oats. Pour into pie crust.

BAKE for 35-40 minutes or until firm and top is brown. Remove from oven and cool before cutting.

TOP each pie slice with 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup.

Note

Serving Size: 1 slice (1/8th pie) with 1 tablespoon syrup.
