With just a few at a time, dip shrimp into the flour, then into the egg then the breadcrumb mixture, coating the shrimp well.
In a large sauce pot, heat the oil until it reaches 375°F.
In batches, about six at a time, fry until golden brown (about 2 minutes).
Using a slotted spoon, scoop out shrimp and place on a paper towel lined baking sheet and keep warm in the oven.
Place shrimp into a large mixing bowl and toss with the sauce.
