Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking sheet generously with nonstick spray. Set aside.
To make crust: Mix together flours and SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend in a medium mixing bowl. Cut in butter until the mixture is crumbly, like a streusel topping. Do not over mix. Press dough into prepared baking pan. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
To make the filling: Place SPLENDA® Granulated Sweetener and flour in medium mixing bowl. Stir well. Add eggs and blood orange juice. Stir until blended. Stir in blood orange peel.
Gently pour the blood orange mixture over the pre-baked crust. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and allow to cool before placing in refrigerator. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
