Banana Walnut Pancakes Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, 1 Gram of Fiber, Granulated
1/3 cup reduced fat milk
1 egg
1 cup pancake and baking mix
1/2 banana, mashed
1/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped

Preparation

MIX all ingredients until blended.

SPRAY skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium heat.

POUR 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto pan.

COOK until pancake surface begins to bubble. Flip and cook until done, about 2-4 minutes.
