Cranberry-Orange Sauce

  1. In a saucepan, combine Splenda Sweetener, arrowroot or cornstarch, and water; stir until sweetener and cornstarch dissolve. Stir in cranberries and orange.
  2. Bring mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, for about 5 minutes or until cranberry skins pop and mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Cool, then transfer to a bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
  4. Serve cold or warm with grilled or roasted meat.
